Hearing on Green Roof Local Law this week…

This Wednesday, October 20, at 10AM, there will be a hearing in regards to a new legislation that would require the Dept of Buildings to “develop and, where appropriate, adopt existing detailed criteria for the installation of vegetated green roofs.”

UPDATE: Another intro has been added for this hearing, to allow “live food-producing” plants to be eligible for the green roof tax credit.
